This rack mount kit is a little pricey but supports many different widths of Ubiqiti router/switch and is very sturdy. The symmetrical design means you can mount your router/switch either on the left or the right by flipping the bracket. Comes with everything you need, including screws and nuts for the rack.

The mount fit my Switch XG 6 PoE (US-XG-6PoE) perfectly and allowed to switch to be rack mounted securely. It also nicely spaced it out, centered top to bottom (the switch isn’t 1U tall). My only compliant is that it is only offered in black, which doesn’t match the silver of other Unifi devices. I know some folks spray paint them but that’s too much effort for something I don’t see very often.
