This wrench is made in the USA. I have several friends who are iron workers and they all swear by Klein. Can not beat the fact that Klein offers a lifetime warranty on material and workmanship of their product. The tool is made of very strong casted steel. It feels and looks sturdy. I have used this tool to align large and heavy welded structures with great success. It still looks like new. I also found the bend on the tool useful for wrenching on locations were other bolts are present in the same plane.
