I have purchased this router to add to my existing eero 6 setup (router + extender). Adding it to the network was quick and painless. I purchased a router instead of another extender because I needed the ethernet port for accessories and everything worked well plugged in. The eero app is also much nicer than the Linksys one I used in my previous wifi system.

It works ! and works well! easy to install and no problem since day one. It provides full wifi coverage in my studio apartment without any issues. I have about 5-6 phone/laptop/tablet devices and 10 smart devices like bulbs, plugs, etc. the only nuisance is you can only use their smartphone app to set it up and manage wifi network.

This is usable for only wireless access. I have many devices using ethernet ports. My current Router has 5 (five) ports and is plugged into a 5 (five) port gig switch. Not everything in the world runs over wireless and this would be a mistake on my part. The idea that I have to build a profile for each device is a joke. Some of them are only turned on once or twice a year for specific tasks. There is very poor documentation as to the configuration of DNS, DHCP, Logging and filtering. This device is made for people who do not mind having to sell their soul to Amazon for constate tracking. We are returning this even before I plugged it in

I have a tough house for wi-fi. Must have a lot of metal in the walls. The Eero system has helped to solve my problem. Before Eero only my office had wi-fi, now I have it through most of the house. Having said that I had to buy several units to daisy chain around barriers. None-the-less I now have fairly decent coverage everywhere. The best part is that it is so easy to install. The app leads you through the installation for each unit. The appearance of the units is good in any decor.

Markedly improved the WiFi in the house. Fast coverage everywhere, which is a huge improvement over our single station router we had previously. Download speeds of 115 everywhere, which is the max speed we pay for from our cable company.
