This drill has plenty of power for the toughest jobs that you can throw at it.

It’s about a month old and I’ve used it several times for automotive use. It takes off odd angle small bolts and most in tight spaces. Its part of the Flex and came with a 4AH battery.

Item was ordered in store and arrived in just a few days ahead of schedule. This is a powerful tool but not what I would call nimble. It has heft and some bulk. You may want to handle one prior to purchase. Otherwise,

It’s what I needed. Description of the drill is accurate…. No surprises.

Nice drill. Very powerful and great for tight spaces.

I bought this to drill on the eave side through double top plates from the attic side. I was initially worried about the lack of power. Turns out this is not a problem. This drill has serious power. Knock a star off for the led light which seems to blink randomly, not sure.

Don’t need it often, but when you do it is the perfect tool. A big upgrade from the 18v version.

The drill does not accept the same size range as a regular drill – it will not accept the larger sizes. It also doesn’t have the same variable speed settings – no 1, 2 or 3 to change the speed/torque. It does go where a regular drill can’t, but it’s a bit expensive if that’s all you’re looking for.

Pirchased about 1 month ago for a job. needed the drill due to limited space. The drill works Grear fit right where it needed to.
Joanie Padberg (verified owner) –
It would have been perfect if it had a 1/2 inch Chuck instead of a 3/8

I needed a right-angle drill to construct internal supports for a couple of cold air return grills. The restricted conditions demanded a drill that would allow access while also providing adequate torque to do the job. The Dewalt 20/60 volt flexvolt battery which I use for other tools provides a very long runtime for a 20 volt tool, so I didn’t need to stop to recharge it or to interrupt the job to exchange batteries.

Love this drill it doesn’t eat up battery and you can get in tighter places than you can with regular drill

Great drill

Used this drill for a few weeks now and I’m happy with the performance. Plenty of torque and battery life is great even with the smaller batteries. Build quality seems ok, with overall fit and finish to be inline with other DeWalt tools. Overall happy with my purchase.

Should have gotten one of these years ago!

Works well in tight places. Keyless chuck. Could be a little shorter but it will get the job done.
