I have owned this mower for almost two years now and am very impressed. I have had to seed my back yard due to brand new home. The seed came in so thick and grows to about 8-10 inches between cuts and I never thought this battery powered mower would be able to cut it with out bogging down. Happy to say it handles it with out any issues. Be warned though it’s not a good choice for larger lawns due to the 16 inch cutting deck but that is my only complaint, my yard is very small.

I can’t believe how quiet it runs and how easy to start this lawn mower is. I’ve even thought about adding a light and mowing early in the morning when it’s cool. Not buying or smelling high priced gas is only trumped in benefits by the quickness of the push button start!

I have a small yard (about 5,000 sq ft). This lightweight and quiet mower gets the yard done in 20-25 minutes. I can mow my entire yard on a single battery, so having the second battery as a backup in a bonus. If you have a small yard, don’t want to mess with storing gas and oil, and don’t like the idea of running an extension cord, this is the mower for you!

We like this mower very much; it’s light and easy to maneuver. It was pretty easy to assemble out of the box. We have a good sized lawn, and it really takes more than the two batteries to do it all. But, we’re older, and frankly don’t mind either taking a break or leaving part of the yard until the next day (the batteries do recharge quickly). The only complaint we have is that the grass catcher is not really easy to put on. It seems it should be – perhaps we haven’t yet figured out the trick to getting it to snap into place without fiddling with it. Absolutely love the push button start! It’s also so much more pleasant to mow without the loud noise and the gas fumes. All in all, this is a great little mower.

Not happy with the product the bag keeps falling off. I have to keep stopping to put the bag back on and you only can push one way if you push backwards the bag keeps falling off. And you need the bag on the lawn mower to cut the grass or it will get back up with grass and cut off.

Using this on ROUGH yard neglected by renters for 6 years, after hand-clipping blackberries and removing thatch with my Black & Decker battery-powered weed trimmer. Works better than I expected. Handle is a little awkward to put together, but once done, it folds for easy storage and transport. Battery run time approx. 20 min. in 50-degree weather.

Cuts and maneuvers around a small yard really well. The two batteries last about 15 minutes each and recharge in 40 minutes (first charge is for 8 hours). Starting the motor was tricky (the button THEN the bar) but a call to Black & Decker was helpful and friendly. It folds up and I keep it in a closet (cannot be kept outside).
