Arrived a week later than promised and about 98% balsam, but plenty full and good size. Arrived a week before Christmas and was just starting to look poorly by New Years.

delivery good – not excellently quick but was fine. Wreath fresh, large, looked just like the pix, am very happy with purchase. Could not give 5-stars only because the “pine scent” was almost non-existant, and I had been looking forward to this! (I have very small apartment so trim a wreath instead of a tree for the holidays). Possibly my mistake, I ordered a “mixed” wreath not a pine wreath, perhaps that was why the pine smell was missing, the pine branches/sap were minimal and so was their smell. The balsam was very pretty, however, so am essentially happy with purchase.
