The Weston 6 Tray Digital Food Dehydrator Plus is the perfect tool to preserve foods for later use. Use to dry the season’s harvest for meats, making jerky and a variety of snacks. Ideal for making banana chips, fruit rollups, dried herbs, fruits and vegetables. The adjustable digital thermostat lets you adjust the drying temperature from 100° -160° and has a 48 hour timer with automatic shut off. The continuous air flow provides even drying for better taste. Includes one fine-mesh sheet for drying small foods like herbs and one solid sheet for making fruit roll ups.

I like it. I just wish the temp went a little higher to 200 degrees. It only goes to 160 degrees. I love the spaciousness of the six trays.

Just started my first batch. The dehydrator seems to be functioning as promised although not as quietas I expected.Digital controls are great I only wish you could up the maximum temperature to 165` or slightly more.

I like how it builds up with trays so there is plenty of room for whatever you are making without taking up too much counter space. My first experience with it was making ground beef jerky. It came fantastic. I like how you set the timer and the dehydrator turns itself off once the time has elapsed.
