Our commercial style Digital 12-Tray Food Dehydrator makes creating delicious and healthy snacks easy right at home. Use your favorite seasonings to make jerky from the meats your family likes best, make fruit roll-ups, and dry fruits, veggies and herbs – all with no preservatives. This unit features a 1600-Watt heating element with a digital temperature control for a maximum of 160°F. The digital timer lets you set the drying time for up to 12-hours. The LED lighted cabinet and glass door let you monitor the drying process without letting heat escape when opening the door. There is a built in drain reservoir for collecting excess liquids (like jerky marinade). Included are 12-nonstick metal racks for drying.

I LOVE this dehydrator. I works EXACTLY as described and the appearance is very pleasing. Although it looks heavy it’s easy to pick up and place wherever you desire. Out has plenty of non stick racks, also strips for hanging meats etc… The timer is visible from across the room and with the interior light on I can see the progress of items without turning on ceiling lights. We are still learning to use our new dehydrator. It is beautiful and so far we are having good results! Any problems we have had are simply learning how long to dehydrate different foods! But that is on us! We are very pleased with the appearance of the item. It’s BIG-larger than a big microwave! But we have a building outside we placed it in so it’s fine. It’s very quiet. We LOVE it!

Uh, check the dimensions, this thing is huge, 30-something square feet of drying space. It doesn’t fit really anywhere in the house, but we don’t really care. You might. We upgraded from a Nesco donut-style dehydrator to this, we’re really happy with it. The only thing is the drying racks have grills that have significantly larger holes than the little toy dehydrator we were using, that’s the only real learning curve to it. The display is really great, and the interior lights are super helpful. We’re looking forward to running this thing through its paces while we’re all locked up in quarantine.

The temperature only goes up to 160 degrees I needed 200 degrees to do my jerky so it was a disappointment for me I lost 140$ worth of jerky meat not including my time and effort not recommend for doing beef jerky

The unit was bigger than I expected so I neeeded to find a new space for it, and I did. And it was supposed to come with 3 notched shelves according to the manual, but it only came with one. Otherwise the unit works great! Lots of space. Nice even drying.

We love this dehydrator. It is BIG. If you don’t have alot of space, you might wanna check the measurements better than I did. It holds alot of product. We can make all of our venison jerky at once and in just a few hours vs the 12-15 it would take before! We have to store ours when not in use due to size and otherwise we put it on our dining room table when we do use it. The racks clean super easy as does the inside. Overall, we are very satisfied!
