I set ‘min’ for cooling, and used a stopwatch to check how frequent the compressor works, and got following result:The compressor cools for 50 seconds (blue LED off), the rests for 2.5 minutes (blue LED on) , then cool 50 seconds, then rest again for 2.5 minutes….and so on in cycles…Looks like the compressor works too frequent in an interval of 2.5 minutes……

I bought this water dispenser for my 70+ year old parents. The bottom load was a must and performs very well. Heating the water takes longer than doing the same task in a microwave, but that wasn’t the major purchase requirement.

Had it as a gift for the las 2018 Christmas. Using it every single day all day long. So happy our friends chose this model. It is a very stylish, fancy looking dispenser. Working very quiet, dispensing pretty cold water on the manufacture setting, and the hot water futures makes hot enough water to make a cup of tea. The room temperature future is a nice addition too for me personally as I never drink cold water. We are very happy with this equipment and would definitely buy it again.

I have had this cooler for the past month and I love it. It works like a charm keeping water fresh & cold. The stainless steel tubing is kept in place by its weight and cap. It is quiet and cleaning is made easy by diluting 4 cups of white vinegar with four cups of water then running it through its tubing. Takes no more then ten to fifteen minutes. I highly recommend this cooler for the elderly, disabled or just about anyone who has difficulty lifting those 40 or 50 pound water bottles !!!!!

This unit works very well and looks great too. It is very quiet and only makes a tiny bit of noise when the pump is refilling the reservoirs. And it dispenses water fairly quickly so you’re not standing there filling a cup seemingly forever. The blue LED light is a nice touch and swapping out the water is a snap. The hot water is not wildly hot so if that is important to you keep that in mind. Great overall value and good units like this are harder to find than you might think.

I originally got this model for my mother-in-law because, she lives in LA and as many as you no City water is horrible. She had it for sometime and then there’s some weird issue with it. I was worried we’re going to have to pay something. Time to pass since I bought her it. The company was awesome about it got us a new one no charge. Even came and switch it out for her. I recently moved to LA, and for me it’s a no-brainer. I picked it up probably 2 months ago and it works great. today I had to break down the Box and then get rid of it and of course had to put in a review. It’s a great piece of machine instant oatmeal in the morning with the high temperature instant coffee I need instant mix the hot button works Great with. the cold water is actually cold and not room temperature. And then they do have a room temperature setting which is great because that’s my this all in all it a good machine.

Got this cooler as a gift. Definitely wanted a bottom load cooler because they just look so much better and I am not at all disappointed. I honestly do not mind waiting for the water to warm up because I am usually waiting for my water to boil in a kettle anyways so it is very convenient. Does not completely come to a full boil which is perfect for not burning my loose leaf tea. The room temperature setting is great for my dog and my boyfriend, while I prefer the cold setting. I do not mind the sound it makes while cooling or pumping the water because obviously it is going to make some noise. Pump works great and I only have about 1 liter left in my water jug when it stops pumping. My only complaint is that I cannot figure out if the water catch tray is removable for cleaning (I do not think it is), and the door opens when my bumps into it, so it could probably use a stronger latch.

There’s hot water, but you have to push a button & wait 3 minutes for it to boil & dispense. Also the pump, doesn’t go all the way down to suck up all the water. There’s left over water on the bottom of every container.This item could be better.
