After troubleshooting one unit and sending the other back for a replacement I would say the quality control is lacking. This issue may have been that the network card came loose in shipping. In which case we opened the unit and reinserted the card to make sure it was firm in place. When it does work it great and enables us to use our network attached storage at pretty amazing speeds through our in the wall Cat6 cable.
