The battery in this kit gets up to 4X the runtime of standard lithium-ion batteries and is built for high performance and protected from overheating, overloading, and overcharging through the Triple Protection Electronics design. My first trim router. Easy to set up. Easy to use. Like the variable speed capability. Only knock is that my hands are big, making it somewhat difficult to hold the router. But I’ll work that out in time. Highly recommend it.

I bought this in a combo pack with two other tools for $200. Thats about $65 a tool. Very affordable and works great. I built some patio furninture and routed the edges of the wood. Tried to cut some grooves in a table top for a glass incert, but it was very choppy. Not the tools fault, but for me the guide was practically useless. Maybe ill improve in time

I planted a 3/4″ auger bit in a 2×4 laminated benchtop and wanted to salvage the bit. Excuse to buy a new tool. This hogged out the material efficiently. Easy to control, and the dust port was solid with a 2-1/2″ hose and adaptor. The bit was easily removed from the collect after use. I am pleased with the value of this tool.
