Rejuvenate states that this Shine Refresher is for “newer floors”, but I am not sure what that means. IT certainly restored the shine and luster to my 15 years old laminate flooring. After application there was no streaks or other residue. I just followed the directions on the bottle. We have 3 disabled girls who constantly are dropping liquids and food on our floors and this product protects well and for a long period of time with a simple damp wipe up. The 128 ounce bottle did not come with a sprayer, but I use it in a small squirt bottle for application, so it is not a hassle to apply.
