I used it to mix mastic and the grout for a floor I was putting in, it was very powerful and did a very good job mixing it up.

Although larger than I expected, this mixing paddle caused no trouble with my battery-powered drill mixing up lots of skim-coat for a floor I was leveling.

Worked great. Probably the best I have owned. You need a strong drill to use.

Mixed grout and thin set for a tiling project. Good mixing when paired with the Rigid Paddle Mixer.

did a good job of blending mortar. however it really takes the power to mix. 1/2 cordless drill would only handle about 2 inches of mortar mixing at a time in 5 gallon bucket. Also is a bit of pain to clean all of the corners when done.

I purchased the mixer for mortar and grout on a bathroom remodel I’m doing. The mixer works great, but I found out quickly that you should also purchase a strong hammer drill or something similar or you will burn out your drill. So far I have not noticed rust or anything on the blades after cleaning. It’s a great necessity for many projects.

New at the concrete mixing business, I found that this mixer needed to be run both forward and backwards to get a good mix. Just running it forwards doesn’t seem to do the trick and clean out the corners at the bottom of a 5 gallon bucket.

perfect for mixing grout in 5 gallon bucket. strong, sturdy, well designed, easy to clean, and very efficient. i used this with a regular milwaukee m18 fuel drill to mix 50lb grout in 5 gallon bucket. i did a number of these, worked gr8, just dont spin it to fast or it will come right over the the sides.(make sure to pour in the grout slowly as you mix)
