The heavy-duty box is acid-free and made from archival-quality board for long-term photo storage. A 2" exterior label holder is located on the front for ID convenience. I ordered six of these boxes, two were damaged and most had at least slight cosmetic bits despite being wrapped in plastic. Thankfully they were cheap but I wish the two damaged ones were not. I bought one extra but one of the damaged ones might end up being an eyesore for the use we had for them.
