The MiniPro Dura USB Type-C RAID Hard Drive from Oyen Digital comes pre-installed with two 4TB HDDs, offering a total storage capacity of 8TB. It is a dual-bay RAID enclosure featuring Type-C connectivity for compatibility with USB 3.1/3.0 and Thunderbolt 3. The MiniPro Dura provides hardware RAID storage options such as RAID 0 (striping), RAID 1 (mirroring), JBOD (independent drives) and BIG (Non-RAID merged drives).
The HDD spin-down feature ensures efficient operation by reducing power consumption. When your computer enters sleep mode, the hard drive spins down to minimize power consumption. The shockproof design features an aluminum body encased in a silicon rubber sleeve for maximum protection and impact resistance.

No complaints! I highly recommend putting it in Raid 0 configuration which gives you around 250mb/s of transfer speed (i tested via that black magic app). Essential for editing 4k video in premiere. Bus-power with usb-c works perfectly. I love the rubber bumpers. This will be my go to edit drive for the foreseeable future until SSD prices drop in price massively.

I set this up for my Mom to use to backup all of her photos and videos. No complaints. It has it’s own dc power supply, and is configurable in raid 1.

I ran into trouble trying to use this drive and got in touch with Oyen by email. They got back to me within 24 hours and have sent me a replacement USB-C cable of higher quality than the one that is included with the drive. I’ll buy their stuff in the future
