I like all Oyster products. They are quality products. I like my fry pan, its easy to clean plus second handle makes its easier to move it.

This is larger in diameter and shallower than my last saute pan (another brand bought elsewhere). Since I ordered this one online, I was a bit dubious. It was well-packaged and arrived quickly. Here is what I know–food heats more quickly and evenly in this pan–I made pasta sauce this weekend using my old pan and this one simultaneously. The Oster pan is sturdy and heavy; most of us will need both handles, so it’s good that the short one is large and set away from the pan for safety and ease of use.
