I wasn’t expecting much. But truth be told, I initially loved how Ooma was that device you buy upfront and do away with the monthly telephone provider fees. NOT THE CASE With Ooma Office by a longshot. I still have no clarity on how much I’m actually paying; but bottom line is this: You’ll be billed $9.95 per user / per month + same for extra phone numbers & extra extensions.
