This is a fairly good product. Once the tree is unpacked, the leaves must be shaped and arranged to cover open gaps so that the tree looks full and lush. I have two complaints: My first complaint is that there is a large number of leaves that drop off the plant when unpacking the tree and arranging and shaping the leaf branches. Once those leaves fall off, it’s virtually impossible to tell where they fell from so they can never be reattached. My second complaint is that the bottom of the plant needed to be ‘weighed down’ because the tree would often fall over forward. Essentially, If fewer leaves fell off during unpacking and shaping, and if the product didn’t fall over forward, this product would be perfect.
