First, the good. I absolutely love this monitor. It’s my first curved monitor. I’ve heard from people that say curved monitors take getting used to. For me it instantly felt right, and I’m never going back. Picture quality and responsiveness is top notch. The bad: The backplate of the monitor is cracked and chipped, where the lights are, so it’s also very noticeable–were one to look at it from behind, which admittedly isn’t super common. But, the piece was not in the box either, so it must have been packaged that way either by manufacturer or a return (it was not listed as open box or refurbished). The two day time frame to inspect was too short in light of busy work days. Otherwise my only cons are a monitor with so much application potential would benefit from a remote and/or more user-friendly control buttons. Still, function and picture quality wise I’d def give this an easy 5 stars especially at the price point.
