Based on NVIDIA’s Pascal architecture, the MSI GeForce GT 1030 2GD4 LP OC Graphics Card provides major improvements in performance, memory bandwidth, and power efficiency over its predecessor, the Maxwell architecture. The front panel of the card features a variety of outputs. For cooling, MSI implemented a single fan cooler.

Worked great in my older Lenovo small form factor machine.

I needed the graphics card to add two monitors to my computer. The Afterburner software allows you to make any adjustments you feel are necessary to get the performance you are looking for. I would also like to mention that the customer service I received from B & H was excellent. They answered the few questions I had about the card which reassured me that I was purchasing the right card for my needs.

Works fine. Installed it for a Wacom Cintiq. Quiet fan, no problems installing with GeForce Experience. No external power needed.

I am a casual gamer(COD/Valorant/2k) so this is perfect for its price. It’s a good temporary card while you wait for prices of better cards to drop

I needed display ports on my system so it would work behind my KVM. The system had an older GT 730 card with HDMI only. When I installed the GT 1030, the Invidea drivers recognized it immediately. Not only did this card work, the video performance was clearly improved.

I ordered this GPU for my friend. And he played GTA v online using this Gpu at low settings. He Got 60fps

The GT 1030 does exactly what I purchased it for. In the course of video editing, encoding a stream can overclock and heat the CPU. This card was able to relieve that burden and reduce encoding time to 11 minutes on average for a 90 minute video. I had concerns as to power consumption, but the card draws less power under load than the defined specs. In standby , the card draws 9 – 12w depending on the workload. During encoding operations (NVENC – Nvidia) the card draws 18 – 26w. Since the computer is not used for gaming, it was further tested with Unigine Heaven. Maximum frame rate was 134.3 f/s, with the average being 35 f/s. The loading results are shown in the attached picture. If you have a 2U case that requires a low profile card, this could be the solution.
