This oscillating blade works very well and cuts a lot of different materials in addition to wood so its like an all in one blade. It really does last longer then a typical blades do even when cutting tougher materials such as drywall. The blade is universal fit and works with other brands as well so you don’t have to get the same brand blade as your oscillating tool. I recommend this blade and will definitely get more in the future are I wear them out over time.

The blade fits tightly on my Ridgid Jobmax Oscillating head and attached only at 90° intervals. There was no ‘wiggle’ of the blade at all before or after use. Blade cut through wood easily and quickly but slowed when I got to the 2 screws. One Galvanized and one deck screw. The blade went through them fairly well but showed some wear (see photo). It still cut through wood easily and quickly but for carbide, I expected better performance through metal. A second cut through one screw damaged more teeth. I do not see this blade cutting through more than 3 or 4 screws before it will not cut them anymore. I did not try bolts or aluminum bar after the poor performance on screws. I would recommend this blade but knowing that it has slightly better but limited life.

This cutting blade is well packaged, both the cutting tool and the adapter needed for some oscillating tool models. The blade was coated in a bit of oil, presumably to prevent rusting. The packaging and tool are both marked proudly with “Made in USA” which I appreciate and support. The cutting blade is clearly carbide tipped and a very fine tooth. I used this to cut through some particle board and it cut well, but be clear this is not a fast cutting blade design. Packaging says “Faster Cutting”, but this is relative to presumably other designs. I’m happy to add this to my collection of cutting blades for my variable speed, oscillating tool and will be useful when running into nails in future cuts.

This Milwaukee blade is tough! I used it to cut off some nails that were protruding through some joists during a remodel project. The blade showed minimal signs of wear. A different blade that I used that didn’t have the carbide tip ended up with shredded teeth when I cut nails with it.I believe this one will last quite a bit longer. Also, it’s made in the USA — something you don’t see that much these days!

Carbide tipped blades are essential in renovations if you expect to hit nails frequently or (like in the example below) you may hit plaster. Regular steel blades grind dull very quickly once you hit plaster or grouting and you end up with the dreaded ‘smoking’ blades. This blade does an excellent job in these mixed material applications. The advantage over other carbide blades I have used is the cutting speed in wood. This blade seems to discharge the saw dust very efficiently, so cutting speed is comparable to wood cutting blades with larger teeth.The ‘universal fit’ is very precise, excellent/tight fit on two different multi tool arbors.Have only done one frame at this time, but am very pleased with this blade
