Built for long life and durability, these snips feature a bolt lock to ensure the blades don’t loosen, while a chrome-plated protection guards against rust. You can easily operate the snips with 1-hand. The flush pivot bolt won’t get hung up on materials, so you can use the tool easily. A metal lock secures it for storage. After a year of professional every day use, they have held up very well. The reds are still cutting like the day i got them. But the greens are starting to dull slightly. They will still cut well but not close to an edge, rather the edge rolls over and goes between the blade. Buying another pair and will probably stick with these after using other brands.

I haven’t used these a lot at the time of the review, but I do love the feel of quality when I pick them up. The thumb lock is probably the best locking system I have ever seen. I have owned various models by various manufacturers and that is the feature that really stands out to me.
