The M18 FUEL Brushless Cordless D-Handle Jig Saw combines power, blade speed and precision, to provide the highest quality cuts in a wide variety of materials. The M18 FUEL D-Handle Jig saw leverages the POWERSTATE Brushless Motor and REDLINK PLUS Intelligence to provide higher blade speed than corded jig saws at 3500 strokes per minute for clean controlled cuts with minimized chipping or bucking. The saw features tool-less blade change, tool free bevel adjust with detents at 0, 15, 30 and 45 as well as an LED light and on/off blower to keep the cut line visible while cutting. The M18 FUEL Band Saw cuts faster than its corded counterparts, provides the same legendary durability of a Milwaukee corded band saw and delivers up to 2X more run time than other cordless options. It also delivers the same legendary durability that has made Milwaukee Corded Deep Cut Band Saws second to none for decades by utilizing over 90% of the same parts. The M18 REDLITHIUM HIGH OUTPUT XC6.0 Battery Pack provides 50% more power and runs 50% cooler versus M18 REDLITHIUM XC battery packs. Only made a few cuts so far, but it is nice and heavy and cuts pretty true out of box. Vision is real tight around the blade which makes you have to lean out to view your blade and cut line – minor, just little more difficult than my 20+ yr. old Bosch barrel grip ( gold standard as far as im concerned)
