I purchased the LEM Mighty Bite and the Foot pedal at the same time. I wanted to be sure my honey would be able to churn his deer meat into sausage easily. I am so glad I did! The foot pedal allowed him hands free access to focus on getting the meat into those tiny little casings..w/o my help!I recommend getting the foot pedal if your purchasing the meat grinder! Great product and works well. Used it for the first time and we processed about 400 lbs that day. The only issue was after I had spilled some marinade on it and it was very difficult to clean and operate because it caused the foot plate to stick. Once it was cleaned it worked fine.
