This large capacity Big Bite Motorized Stuffer is powerful, fast and perfect for one person. Durable stainless steel construction for easy cleaning. Fully adjustable speed and automatic stop makes operation a snap. The variable speed control lowers and raises the piston with variable speed that you control from slow to fast, letting you stuff at your own pace, plus the included electric foot switch allows you to stuff your sausage hands free. Food grade plastic piston with air valve for reduced pressure. Freestanding removable cylinder stands for easy filling. Comes with 4 stainless steel tubes (1 in., 1 1/4 in., 1/2 in., 5/8 in. ), foot pedal and handle for manual operation. Motor is exclusive to this stuffer only.

I used the recommended water ratio listed on the unit and it went through smoothly. the whole process went well considering I did this by myself. I did purchase a unit a few weeks ago from an off shore company and wh we n it arrived it did not work. the lem unit was 200.00 more and it was well worth the extra money. assembly went great and I was up and running in minutes. Good product for a good price. It’s not big . I bought it for 20 lb. I think that’s the right size. Especially that I have a LEM mixer at 25 LB. It is enough. Earlier I had 6 lb stuffier, manual. Similar size, but trouble turning and small amount of tray.
