It works well, except the head sometime shaking a bit too hard and make a bit loud noise. Tried to adjust based on online suggestions. Now is better, but still not fully steady. Tried to replace,but the current situation makes it hard. So bear with it, at least it still works. Hope it won’t getting worse later.

I was a little disappointed that the set didn’t include everything pictured in the ad on your site! The part missing was an attachment that looks like it would wipe the bowl side while it mixes. We could see in the packing where it would have been had it been packed correctly. It took away some of the excitement of getting the mixer… otherwise it works perfect

I had always heard so much about the Kitchenaid mixer that when I got one for Christmas I was ecstatic. I made bread for the first time ever using the hook and it worked great.
