This system will provide excellent remineralized water for you. I tested the TDS reduction with an external meter and it works as advertised! Very happy with the US based customer service from Brian! Responsive and helpful!

Happy with the system so far and fantastic customer service. Had a few questions/concerns and Nick was able to help sort everything out. Would buy another iSpring just because of excellent customer service. One thing I noticed though is, it is more 1:1.67 (Pure to Waste Ratio) instead of 1:1. It produces 5 gallons of waste water for 3 gallons of pure water. Maybe there is another way/actual correct way to measure and it is actually 1:1 but happy with the system regardless.

We were looking for a RO system with Alkaline Remineralization and lower water wastage, the iSpring PH100 was a CLEAR WINNER (after many hours of research). The customer service (Brian) responded quickly and send us free connectors (1/4″ to 3/8″ tubes) to accommodate our pipe setting so we did not have to change the configuration which made the installation really easy. I was able to set it up within 30 minutes or so with the help from Brian. Pros-1. Low water wastage 1:12. High quality product with great design3. Filters made in the USA 4. Free optional adapters 5. Easy installation6. High quality metal faucet7.. Low noise level (we didn’t even noticed it when the unit is on)8. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE9. Filtered water tasted GREATCons-NONE (wish we had purchased the unit earlier)

Seems to be one of the best system with a 1:1 cleaned to waste water ratio. It is more expensive than others with worse ratio, but considering saving natural resources, didn’t mind to spend the extra money. Device looks a good build quality, provided instructions (printed, web, videos) are good for setting up the filter. Though the printed/web/video resources are not necessarily consistent so iSpring need to update&sync the resources. It does not decrease the rating of my review and could start using the filter without, but a pair of quick fitting was missing from the package so could not install the shut off vale right away. On the other hand Customer Service was reacting friendly and quickly, got the missing item a week later.

Excellent ISpring Water Filtration System, It fills up the tank so much faster compared to my old Ropure Plus. I tested the water with a PPM meter, it reads about 28 ppm after the Alkaline mineral filter, which is very good compared to Costco bottom water that is 24. Now I got healthy water with healthy minerals, and I can drink a lot of water with confidence. Highly recommend Ispring Ph100

Like the other review, I too noticed that the leak stop valve was not compatible as the tubing did not fit. I called and they immediately sent me some converter connections. they shouldn’t impact the system much and the rep Don assured my that they should have the correct leak stop valve soon and to follow up. everything else is great! would recommend!

I ordered the PH100 and when I received the package, the unit had RO100 listed on it. I contacted iSpring directly per the instructions on the box, instead of Home Depot, and Don replied quickly that due to the pandemic, they had an inventory issue where the faceplates for the RO100 were inadvertently used on the PH100 models. It is in fact the PH100 model filtration unit, just with the RO100 faceplate on it. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Outstanding customer service from iSpring. I will buy more of their products in the future.

I installed the iSpring PH100 Reverse Osmosis system in my basement under the kitchen sink area because we did not want to use up the space in my sink cabinet; additionally I wanted to hook it to my refrigerator water dispenser and ice maker. I wrote an earlier review here but wanted to add that I installed the UV kit to add on to this unit to kill any microorganisms that may be in our water. I have city water, so they say the UV light is not really necessary, however once in a while if a city pipe breaks, there is a “boil water alert” for a few days; this addition should protect us from that sort of issue. I also had great support from iSpring several times when I called with technical questions regarding hooking up to my refrigerator along with my cold water kitchen faucet instead of the supplied chrome faucet. We did not want to drill another hole in our marble counter top. Earlier I was concerned about the ¼” tubing size on the UV unit limiting my overall water flow to the refrigerator and kitchen sink, however the flow was not significantly reduced. Our kitchen faucet (cold) fills a 16oz. measure in 9 seconds; our refrigerator water dispenser fills 16oz. in 23 seconds, but this might be caused by our refrigerator carbon block filter (our house water pressure is 70) if I replace it with a pass through unit ( no filtering) flow should go up significantly.
