The backpack also has space for an iPad and personal gear such as books and magazines. The zippered front pocket has an organizer panel for pens and other accessories.
Carry your pack with the top handle or wear with the adjustable, padded shoulder straps. For added comfort, the shoulder straps are ergonomically shaped. I bought this backpack a month ago for my son, and he has had nothing but issues with the zipper. It gets jammed every day. We are going to have to by him something else.

All of the functionality of the bag is exactly as advertised and are great, except one, the main zippers. The zippers for the main compartment are constantly catching on the water cover (over the zippers there is something like a flap, that protects the zipper from water i assume). This flap thing, is way to short and constantly gets stuck the zipper, to the point that now i can use only one of the two zippers, because i can not get the other one unstuck.

I received my first Incase from my company and after nine years of daily use and hard wear and tear it finally gave up the ghost. I got my new City Compact Backpack and have been nothing but happy with it since I got it. Incase improved the location of the spare pockets from my old pack, made the straps more comfortable, and somehow managed to make a place for everything you’d need to carry. So happy with this purchase.

Love this pack, got it as a gift. But zipper to the small iPhone pocket broke right in the middle. it only has a single zipper instead of 2 which made the pocket unusable.

Box was open when it arrived and it looked like it was punched from the side as it didn’t look strong as it shows on the website. It kind of looked used. Disappointed!
