   Very difficult to setup and connect. Unit is made of cheap plastic, noticeably less quality than most HP printers once it is out of the box – and much too loud when it runs. Sorry I bought this model.

   First time needing to add ink and the process was simple and easy. Would recommend this system to anyone looking for a much less expensive per sheet b/w ink solution.

   Recent baches of this 143A toner are not refilling HP 1001NW printer even with a new fuser/cart. unit. – Plunger wont go down – Printer wont release the toner car – Printer indicator doesn’t show a refill even after toner has been dispensed. Our business owns 8x 1001NW printers and this is becoming quite a large issue for us.
