I was skeptical about buying this based on another review. It was shipped via FedEx freight which to be honest it’s kind of a pain as you have to schedule delivery, but it arrived on time and undamaged. I hooked everything up for the simple IKEA type instructions and it works just fine.

The set up is ridiculous, after 3 weeks it is only 10% set up. It is not very user friendly and multiple calls have failed to fix the problem. All other HP product have been simple thus the loyalty to the brand.
