These look very nice in our home. I didn’t realize the top tray is not connected to the base though.

I put these baskets on my covered porch and really like the shape but they did get wet and since the tin tops had no drain holes, water collected in the lids and the wood insert warped into a curved shape. I will have to throw away the wood section, which really isn’t necessary anyway, and drill drain holes in the lid in order to use them for plants on the porch. If used indoors and only for lamps & knick knacks, they would be good. The design is not something that would work inside my home.
