I really liked the ability to use the pulse feature when sealing more fragile items, it’s great to not crush the items, where others are missing this feature. The ability to store the roll in the appliance and cut it and seal is so much better than having to measure and cut by hand, much more accurate. Works as I expected it to. No problems except the pressing down while it is sealing or working. The side press in buttons do not hold it down as it should. So you have to hold the top down yourself.

Vacuum sealing is a must. Foods keep fresh so much longer. Buying bulk, sealing, and freezing saves money. The NutriFresh sealer works great. Two settings for vacuum level and for sealing level for flexibility. Also an additional pulse setting to control the exact amount of vacuum. That is very convenient for delicate foods. These settings stay where you set them in between each seal. No need to keep resetting. Design is compact, and still has storage for one large roll with cutting ability. Works with any brand of storage bags. Very easy to use.

I have compared my frozen food after using this vacuum sealer versus just freezing in a zip lock freezer bag and am very pleased! Not only does the food retain its original color but there are no ice crystals starting to accumulate! I found that making my own size bag from the roll was very easy to do and can make a very specific size bag verses quart or gallon only. I am still experimenting with the settings and learning what’s best for each item I freeze or what not to try to vacuum and seal (bread products, even if frozen already) I would highly recommend this product to everyone.

Want to give a mostly positive review except when using the product the locks on the side for the top kept popping out and released the top. Otherwise, this is a handy little appliance. It did seal the food items.
