I replaced a Whirlpool cooler with this unit. I liked the price, about $40 cheaper. But, it has some drawbacks. It doesn’t chill the water nearly as much as my other unit. The dispenser uses spring loaded buttons rather than levers and quite frankly, they are hard to hold down for a long time. Folks who have arthritis take note! The space below the spout for your glass is much shorter than the other unit. Fine for a regular drink glass but not for a water jug of any kind.The price is good though I miss some of the features of the Whirlpool.

After only using this item for about 6 months, the cold water dispensing nozzle started leaking. I had a mess all over my kitchen floor when I woke up one morning. I can’t seem to find out how to fix it.

Pretty easy set-up but instructions should contain more written information and not just pictures. Would be better if the water spickettes were closer so you can fill something with both at the same time.

Great water cooler! Small and compact design, easy to set up and maintain. Overall VERY pleased with my purchase. Also love that the hot water dispenser not only has a child safety lock on the button, but also a switch on the back to completely disable it. Great for having a toddler in the house.

The dispenser works well. The hot is hot enough to make soup or instant coffee and the cold works great as well. The initial start up took much longer than I anticipated. I had just about given up on the hot water system as defective when it started to work. It took about a half hour until it got hot enough to start dispensing. It also took a lot of water to rinse out the vinegar used for the initial cleaning. Once it got going it has been working perfectly.
