I really wanted a dual handle faucet with the pull down sprayer and this was one of only a few options. Most faucets now only have one handle to control the water temperature.I looks really great in our new sink and so far I really like it. I was disappointed that the soap dispenser feels like it is made from plastic and is kind of flimsy. Like all stainless, this isn’t spot free so it might be a little hard to keep clean. Also, I think the water pressure is a little weaker than our old faucet.

Very good looking and nice functionally. The only two drawbacks are the spray button is a little rubber cover that doesn’t like to stay in place and if your sink is i even the neck will move on you and I was unable to locate how to tighten the neck.

Beautiful faucet… love that it doesn’t have a plate so it’s very sturdy when you pull down the spray.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I love this!! Looks great in my kitchen! Heavy duty, pretty, great price!! The only downfall is the sprayer could be a little more forceful, but it still is good. Would highly recommend!

I bought this to replace a similar non-bridge faucet in my kitchen that had developed a leak. While I didn’t want to go with a bridge faucet at first, this was the only affordable 2 knob pull down faucet available. Installation was a breeze and it’s been working fine

Overall very good. Has some finishing issues: when fully off, the resting handles aren’t at the same angles, the left one is off a few degrees. The soap dispensers is plastic. Also has reduced flow. The copper tubes connecting to the supply lines are too small

As stated by a previous rater, the design and functionality of the faucet could be better. The distance between the faucet (sprayer) head and the sink needs to be much longer. Using the sprayer for anything is tough and using the spray option in the sink spatters water all over the place. But hey, it’s better than the leaky one-handled faucet I had before!

Love the look of this Faucet. Having 2 handles is really important for me. The 2 handle design is easier to use & is has a more balanced appearance; which, to me is much more attractive. The spray nozzle needs to be manually retracted into the faucet neck until the catch clicks. My previous faucet of this style automatically retracted. The water pressure IS a little less than in the previous model I had. Spray pressure difference not much of a concern though. The nozzle itself is not metal & I find that disappointing. As a result of the nozzle not being metal the neck swings very easily…not really a problem except when I want it to stay in one place for whatever reason. Since I have no need of the Soap dispenser the fact that it’s plastic does not matter. A BIG PLUS for me is the attractive features of this faucet (2 handles) & its pretty style. It matches by coincidence the faucets in my bathrooms. Matching is another important feature. Manufacturers of kitchen faucets should really start appealing to the buyer (in other words the regular Joe) & produce more reasonably priced, attractive, quality, 2 Handled faucets.

I love the look of this design: however, the pull down faucet does not always stay in its seated position after use.

Good looking & easy install. ☆☆☆☆-1☆ Soap dispenser is loose (can’t tighten) & re-fill is from below (surprise).
