I was given an expected shipping time of about a week and the trimmer actually arrived in 3 days so that was a plus. This trimmer easily cuts everything that I have thrown at it so far. I also have the 20 inch model and I don’t find this model to be much heavier or more difficult to handle. I’m taking one star off because the 2nd time I went to use it, I couldn’t get it to start, even after several tries. It started right up a couple of days later so I’m not sure what could have caused it not to start??? Overall, I’ve had good fortune with Echo products in the past and I would buy it again.

I purchased the Echo HC155. It came highly recommended and I haven’t been disappointed. I am a commercial landscaper so the trimmer will get lots of use. So far so good. The hedge trimmer is heavier than the Stihl it replaced but is well balanced so that helps.
