Does exactly what it is intended to do. I use it with Bosch GRO 12V-35. The nose thread on Bosch is the same as on a Dremel (Bosch owns Dremel) and the flexible shaft attaches to the tool securely. The shaft has no problems running at all the speeds, from the lowest to the highest.

I use the Dremel Flex Attachment for a lot of woodworking projects and have to say it was the right choice to buy it. The Dremel has to be hang higher than the tool otherwise the shaft gets very hot. If you install it correctly it will serve you very well. It will also fit on other rotary tools like the WEN.
