I used this with Dremel 4300. On the box, it does not show its compatibility with Dremel 4300. My experience is that it did not fit very well with Dremel 4300. Eventually I managed but it was not as smooth as expected. Other than the coupling issues, its a great and must have tool for your rotary needs.

The dremel flex shaft rotary tool works excellent. I should have purchased this along time ago.The product is well made and does what is expected. I did try to use this on a craftsman rotary tool and would not work,so bought a new dremel to go along with rotary flex shaft and worked great.
