The blade has a very thin kerf and cuts very well on the rip. Although it does leave a little bit of tooth marks afterwards, that’s easily cleaned up with a light sanding / hand plane. I’m used to using a 60 tooth for all my cuts, but this doubled my speed and eliminated burn marks altogether. Great buy.

This blade works well on my portable job site table saw on the softer hardwoods 3/4″ or less . I would not use this blade on my shop saw . Thin kerf blades heat up and distort very quickly and should only be used when no other option available. If your stock is double sided the ripped edge will need sanding so add to the ripped width.
