The Staples work good in my Stanley tacker, the box keeps the Staples from breaking all apart. I put a big rubber band around the box to keep it closed up in my tool bag.

I used it to tack on the moisture barrier that goes under siding. No jams or issues. Not every staple sinks in fully. Could have been my technique. I smashed my knuckles a time or two… definitely bad swinging techniques there. Overall it’s a good tool. I noticed the workers at my local lumber yard use the exact same hammer/stapler so it must be reliable.
