This is the second tape measure that I have purchased and both have had the same issues. The little piece that holds the tape measure extended has broken on both of them. I don’t use it very often and I haven’t been very rough with it. I do not recommend this and would not purchase this again. I will be looking at a different brand for a tape measure in the future.
