Arrived quickly in great condition. Replaced my old one (the insulation on its power cord had cracked and died). Glad to have this. Now we are trying out some ideas to try to keep the power cord issue from reoccurring—it needs stress relief where it comes out of the oven housing.

After working fine for about a year, suddenly we were getting no steam into the oven. Steam came out of the vents on the outside of the toaster only. It turns out the tube at the top of the steam cup chamber had come off. I had to pry open the top of the machine to get to the tube to reattach it. Please unplug before this operation. I could have saved some time by drilling out the plastic screw hole covers along the top edge.
