I have many Cuisinart products and trust this brand, which is the main reason I decided on this purchase. This electric skillet is better than any other electric skillet I have owned in the past 30 years. First of all, the size is large allowing for party presentations. However, I use this skillet for just the two of us on a regular basis. The heating element works very quickly and the non-stick surface is high quality. The performance is amazing, allowing to increase or decrease temperature as needed.The stainless finish is very attractive which allows for serving right from the counter.I can use this for any meal–breakfast, lunch or dinner, and will be using it this Fall for football parties as well. Love this product and the Brand. So happy with this purchase.I have included a photo of a shrimp stir fry that I made recently in the skillet, which was delicious.

Appearances of the product looks very nice. There is a humming noise when the heating element is on; hard to maintain a frying temperature without keeping the lid on; non-stick surface easily scratched even using plastic utensils.

Clean-up is so easy with the non-stick surface, all that’s needed is a quick wipe out with a paper towel followed by wetting a clean sponge with tap water and a dab of dishwashing detergent – done & done!
