My son couldn’t wait to try this. We didn’t take the time to make a fresh pizza, we used a frozen one we had. The pizza turned out GREAT! The grill and the Cuisinart Alfrescamore Cordierite Pizza Stone made our pizza taste like it was cooked in a stone pizza oven. The top of our pizza was nice and brown. The bottom crust was chewy with a slight crunch. We’re really glad we got our /Cuisinart Pizza Stone!!!

I love this stone. My first thought of actually grilling pizza was slightly confused but intrigued. Well let me tell you that it is so fun and fast. Here in southern California it gets hot in the summer and even into fall and one of my households favorite dishes is homemade pizza, but we hate turning on the oven and heating up the rest of the house too. Needless to say we do a lot of BBQing and to now have that option for our pizza is great. And I can’t wait to find other uses for it, I mean pizza’s awesome and all but I’m ready to experiment.
