The Comprehensive USB Type-B Female to USB Mini-B 5-Pin Male Adapter converts a USB Type-B connector into a USB Mini-B 5-pin plug. It comes with a female port on one end and male connector on the other. Furthermore, it supports USB 1.0, 1.1, and 2.0 devices.

Works well. Wish it was a little smaller.

Came with my Auray BAI-2U broadcast arm. Gets the job done with my Blue Snowball.

This is an adapter that came with theB&H Broadcaster Bundle(#BLYETIBK) and It seems to be built solidly and functions as intended, but I would really prefer this adapter to incorporate a small length of cable to provide some slack between the usb-b port and mini plug. I’ve had adapters like these before (E.G. DIN to PS/2) and they tend to provide leverage and they’ve easily damaged the ports from the leverage. And this one being like this kind of worries me as I’m sure many of us know about the horror stories involving the Yeti’s vulnerable mini-usb port that sometimes breaks off and pulls traces from the PCB. But I’m no engineer, so I’ll give it the benefit of the doubt and use it for awhile and let you know if anything happens.
