So far so good Christmas gift 2020,replacing an old basic Panasonic that was 20 years old that had none of these features,but still working. we will see if this will last as long. A little impressed and surprised that it has a heavy duty electrical cord with this unit . The dispenser is very simple to operate just a little confusing on the lock light it appears to be backwards the light is unlit when locked and it is lit when it is unlocked no big deal though.. It does a good job on boiling the water it gets nice and hot so be careful.
