Cut a perfect, round hole in the brickwork of my 87 year old home, but the inserted pilot drill did not hold-up for the long term.

I had an very old marble vanity top, I salvaged from two houses ago. It had three holes in it. One for a hot spigot, cold spigot and waste line shutter. No way did I want to blend the water in the basin, as to not scald my hands. I have never worked with marble before … and was very hesitant to. I heard many bad experiences of scratching, chipping or breaking. I finally decided to risk destroying it. Since I was tired of moving it and it collecting dust.Followed a video online, about using water and slowly tipping the blade into the marble. I had a mild slip on the first one (which luckily was covered by the new faucet), but hole two and three cut like butter. These are expensive, but well worth it.

Bought one to install bathroom grab bars in my grandfathers shower. The walls were tile, cement board, and drywall and it cut right through with no problems.

I used this to cut a hole in tile for my custom shower. The quick change feature of the saw makes changing bits easy and hassle-free. It early cut easily though the porcelain tile I was using. Nice smooth cut with no noticeable rough edges. It is a little expensive but worth the money to get the job done right with a professional quality finish every time.
