The Bosch GBM9-16 120-Volt 5/8 in. Corded Drill/Mixer is a heavy-duty drill that doubles as a material mixer, from paint to plaster and more. This drill/mixer has variable speed control and it has both forward and reverse drilling at 0-700 no-load RPM for applications in wood or metal. The all-ball bearing motor and precision-cut steel gears deliver plenty of power for high-torque mixing jobs. In mixing, higher speed is best for materials with low viscosity such as paint or sealing compounds. Lower speed, higher torque mixing works for mortar or epoxy resin. This drill/mixer features a 360° rotatable D handle, for maximum comfort during all-day applications. It diminishes vibration while allowing the user to adjust to the desired position.

I bought this a week ago and it works fine, the only thing is that is super heavy, wich at the end of the day is something that everyone want to be away. Theres more options than just this one in lighter versions, thats why i would not reccomend this product.

These drill lives up to the claims. It can mix a bag of thinnest without getting warm. It replaces a half inch Dewalt drill that did not survive this kind of application and burned out. I have never been disappointed with Bosch tools

I bought this drill to put 1/2″ holes in 1/4″ mild steel angle iron and square tubing. Made short work of about a hundred or so holes. Soon learned to ease up on the pressure and really brace myself when the drill broke trough as the high torque means very little will stop the drill turning if the bit catches. Usual great Bosch quality.

I purchased the Bosch 5/8 Mixer 3 months ago and our team has had no issues. It handles mortar, grount, and even any drilling issues we may have. Highly recommended. My only complaint is that it does not ship with a carrying case. The box it ships in is useless after purchase.
