The external temp thermometer works great. The reason I gave it 3 stars is because it describes the probe as an instant read thermometer and it is not. You can get an instant read for half the price of this thermometer so that was disappointing since that’s the main reason I bought it. I did not take it back because the external temp thermometer works great especially with the laser aiming feature so thats nice to have.
