Well Built and fast. Be sure to verify what your computer’s USB-C port is capable of. In my case I did not realize my laptop didn’t support display output through USB-C so the HDMI is useless to me. But not a deal breaker. Got it primarily for the SD card reader and additional USB.

It work and fills the gap of missing ports on the MBA.

Since my new Mac doesn’t have the older USB ports or sd card reader, this has really come in handy!!

I bought this for the SD card reader. The Type A expansion slots were a bonus. I have tried it several times and it works just fine. It is fairly compact, which is just what I wanted. This is a good buy.

There were items with much higher configuration at low price. Not a customer friendly deal.

Connected to my MacBookAir that only has USB-C ports. All the ports seem to work. HDMI worked to display on a larger screen. USB connected. SD card reader worked too. Don’t have a mini card, so I could not try that slot. Compact size is nice as well. Nice price compared to other models. I liked this assortment of ports.

Allows me to other plug-ins which are nice and also small and not in the way.
